There are so many exciting topics that I jump on almost every day. I am happy to take the time to enrich my knowledge with current research and discussions. Ultimately, this benefits my consulting expertise and thus my customers and clients. Sometimes I also take the time to write a technical article. I look forward to your feedback and suggestions!
There are an infinite number of social media platforms. Not all are relevant in the B2B segment. But in German-speaking countries, LinkedIn and XING as well as YouTube have become indispensable. For professional exchange, for cooperation, for targeted customer language and of course for maintaining contacts.

The word digitization is on everyone's lips. And that is exactly the dilemma: everyone has their own view of digitization and chooses their own interpretation. But what significance does digitization have now?

Social media is disreputable and disdained in many ways. Nevertheless, many use it - also professionally. This workshop gives a brief overview of social media and then it goes on specifically on the business platform LinkedIn.
Everyone should sit at their PC if possible so that they can check and implement some suggestions directly on their own LinkedIn profile, as well as being able to follow the feed. It is explained via screen sharing directly in LinkedIn
Beginners to experts are welcome, because in every social community you learn from each other and help each other. Appointments here or on request.
Aside from all the health risks, Corona has also brought many social and economic changes. The only positive thing: digitization is getting a massive boom in our rather conservative country.
So with me too! On the first day of the lockdown and the exit restriction, I quickly bought a full HD stream cam / webcam to stay in contact with my customers and business partners as well as privately. Telephone and email or social media are not enough for everything. I also installed the high-performance software application Zoom for video meetings and immediately licensed it for a year. Good timing! I motivated my customers to break new ground, for example in acquisition.
Nevertheless: I was not spared the severe slump in sales either. But I remain confident, because my customers' business must continue despite and with Corona and I continue to support that with words and deeds.
After seven years as the head of the VDI working group women in engineering, I have now passed it on to my successful successor, Dr. Carmen Tesch-Biedermann handed over. But I will continue to keep an eye on the topic of gender diversity and work towards it.
At the same time I took over the VDI working group for entrepreneurs and managers. The VDI offers an excellent platform for exchanging experiences and for networking with experts in their field. Technical as well as management questions are endless. Digitization offers a lot of learning material in every respect.
what3words is a global address system that some global companies and organizations now use. what3words has divided the earth into 3 mx 3 m squares and assigned a unique 3-word address to each of these squares. In this way, everyone can find every location precisely and use the address faster, easier and more clearly than in any other system for communication. The service can be used via the free app for mobile devices and via the online map and can be integrated into any other app, platform or website with just a few lines of programming code. My customer JBW GmbH, the Munich-based specialists for electrical drive technology, accepted the booth at the international Motek trade fair in Stuttgart without any complaints. For six years now, the trade fair appearance has been "shining" with my flexible architecture concept and design at the Motek industrial fairs in Stuttgart and SPS IPC Drives in Nuremberg. I always sincerely thank my stand construction team, the printer and the graphic designer, because I can really rely on everyone. In advance, a mailing was sent to selected customers and business partners using the TYPO3-based mailing system, which was introduced in August, in order to provide them with free entry tickets and to draw attention to a new, not yet announced electric motor. I now wish my customer every success with their trade fair appearance!
On behalf of a corporation, I initially created a rough strategy paper on requirements and implementation in dealing with intellectual property (IP). For this technically oriented company, it is business-relevant to synchronize the IP strategy holistically with the corporate strategy and not only tackle it fractally in the development or legal department.
The technically outdated and therefore above all insecure website of my long-term customer, the Rhenish MERLIN Diagnostika (part of the Bruker Group since autumn 2017), was shut down several times by hackers. That finally gave the impetus to completely redesign the website.
Together with my business partner, the website and hosting provider SpaceNet AG Munich, the web design was defined and the content of the previous website was transferred. This current TYPO 3-based content management system now serves me for the German-English language corporate and product communication of MERLIN and its MICRONAUT products in microbiology.
Gruber Sicherheitsberatung is my valued business partner in the field of data protection and data security. I created his website for him, from the concept to the content - text and photos - as well as corporate design. Similarly, new business cards were produced and the presentation layout adapted.
I look forward to continued good cooperation.
After the legal transition, I continued to work as an interim manager for the Göppingen company, the sale of which I supported from the Eberspächer Group in autumn 2014. The taking over STAR Cooperation had already bought Berger Elektronik GmbH a few years earlier. So it was now time to integrate the Göppingen company into the group of companies (transfer of personnel, IT, SAP, occupational safety, QM etc.) and to synchronize the product portfolio from product management through development to manufacturing in the automotive electronics sector. An additional challenge arose to look for new business premises for "my" Göppingen company as well as to determine the spatial use and necessary renovations. Saying goodbye to this great team at all levels in Göppingen as well as in Sindelfingen and Böblingen was really difficult for me.
The VDI offers an excellent platform for exchanging experiences and for networking with entrepreneurs, executives, experts - including women in the engineering profession, of course. I am happy to represent as deputy Board chairmen honorary this regional organization at the local level.
In the VDI District Association Munich, Upper and Lower Bavaria eV (including Austria), I have been leading the VDI Working Group Women in Engineering since spring 2012 and was appointed to the board in the summer (formally at the 2013 general meeting). "I would like to thank you for your trust and am very happy to be involved in the interests of engineers, as they are all strong drivers of technology in teaching and business."
The four-month mandate as interim manager at Eberspächer Electronics GmbH in Göppingen was very exciting and full of responsibility. The managing director, who was responsible for the companies in the Eberspächer Automotive Controls division, posed real challenges: It was all about
